Special Needs
The School has a Special Education Needs Policy, coordinated by Mrs
L Turley. It is her responsibility to liaise with the Principal and the
relevant teaching staff in order that the S.E.N. Policy is adhered to.
The knowledge, views and experience of parents are also sought when examining
each child’s individual needs. |
In terms of physical resources, the School has provided lift facilities, disabled toilet facilities and library facilities,
including talking books and large print books. The School also runs a Sign Language Course for our students in an effort to
promote the development of skills in this vital area of human communication.
