Congratulations to Year 8 student Niamh Rice who will represent St. Bronagh’s, Rostrevor at half time in Croke Park on All Ireland Final day.

On Sunday, 17th September 11-year-old Niamh  will enjoy the chance of a life time when she will step out onto the hallowed turf of Croke Park in front of over 80,000 people.

Niamh was selected following local Cumann na mBunscol skill tests earlier this year and  will now get the chance to play along with other top players from throughout the country.

Acting Principal, Mr P Kane,  was delighted to hear the news and wishes Niamh every success and joy on her big day – “This is a great honour for Niamh, her family and her Club  and all at Sacred Heart will be supporting her on Sunday 17th September.”
